The evening will start with a divine array of exquisite Melange chocolates to sample with white and red wines. You'll then learn how to make your own truffles and heart-shaped lollies, all adorned with charming decorations that are perfect for the occasion.

1. CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES MAKING
A 2h30 workshop on Saturdays at 11.30am, where you will learn in depth about chocolate processes and use professional techniques, tasting and making your own chocolate truffles, preparing, flavouring & shaping the fillings, tempering, enrobing & decorating the chocolates with colourful ingredients.
